Pour the Suwei Taimei Sausage Seasoning into the sliced ​​meat (if you feel it is too dry, you can add some white wine; about 100 ml of white wine is enough for one packet of seasoning).

Mix the meat slices and seasonings evenly, put them in a container and marinate for two hours.

Stuff the marinated meat into the casing using a sausage stuffing machine or by hand and tie it up with cotton thread (each section is about 25 cm).

After brushing the surface of the stuffed sausages with warm water, use a toothpick to poke some small holes in the sausages to facilitate exhaus

Take out the sausages and hang them in a ventilated place to dry in the sun (it takes twelve days on sunny days; it takes at least two weeks on rainy days before they can be eaten)
